Products cost the counter price. Social security and insurance reimbursements apply as usual.
Delivery fees announced
They depend on the pharmacy and the distance, from €2.90, shown before you pay. Collection at the counter is free.

Bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the amount is only charged when the order is prepared.

Is NexumPharma an online pharmacy?
No. NexumPharma is the platform of neighbourhood pharmacies: every order is prepared by a licensed pharmacy near you, and its pharmacist serves you.
In which cities is it available?
Wherever a partner pharmacy is open: Paris and its region, Lyon, Marseille, Toulon, Montpellier, Lille and new cities every month. Enter your address to find out.
Do I need an account to order?
You can search and browse without one. To order, an account with your phone number or e-mail is enough, verified by a code.
Do I need the app?
No, the site does everything. The app adds one-photo prescriptions, notifications and courier tracking on your phone.
How do I pay?
By bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is secure and the amount is only charged once the order is prepared.
What if a product is missing?
The pharmacist writes to you before preparing, offers an equivalent or removes the product, and you are only charged for what is delivered.
Can I collect my order instead of delivery?
Yes. Book online and go to the counter: your order is waiting, no queue, and no delivery fee.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes. You choose the delivery address and you can send a relative's prescription.
