Can prescription medicines be delivered?

Yes. You send your prescription as a photo or a PDF, the partner pharmacist checks it, then prepares and delivers your medicines. Without a valid prescription, no prescription-only medicine is dispensed.

How fast is the delivery?

The nearest pharmacy prepares your order in about 20 minutes and the courier brings it in 30 minutes on average. You follow the route live. It can take longer at peak hours or when a prescription needs checking.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on the pharmacy and the distance, from €2.90, and are shown before you confirm the order. Some pharmacies offer free delivery above a minimum amount. Medicines are at the pharmacy's price.

Is home delivery of medicines legal in France?

Yes. It has been regulated since 2013: only a licensed pharmacy may prepare and deliver medicines. NexumPharma works exclusively with licensed pharmacies, and your order stays under their pharmacist's responsibility.

Are my Carte Vitale and insurance taken into account?

Yes. Third-party payment applies as at the counter: you do not advance the share reimbursed by social security and your insurance. You pay your share and the delivery fee.

What can be delivered?

Over-the-counter medicines, prescription medicines once the pharmacist has checked the prescription, health and beauty products, supplements and baby products. Some products, such as narcotics, cannot be delivered.

Can I order for a relative?

Yes. You can send a relative's prescription and have it delivered to the address of your choice, for instance to an elderly parent or someone who cannot go out.

What if a product is missing?

The pharmacist writes to you before preparing the order, offers an equivalent or a delay or removes the product, and you decide. You are only charged for what is delivered.

Wherever a partner pharmacy is open: Paris and its region, Lyon, Marseille, Toulon, Montpellier, Lille and new cities every month. Enter your address to see the ones that deliver to you.

Is my health data protected?

Yes. Your prescription and your messages are read only by the pharmacy preparing your order. NexumPharma neither sells nor shares your health data.
