Online prescription

Your prescription in one photo, your medicines at home.

Send it from your phone, for you or for a relative. A pharmacist in your neighbourhood checks it and prepares your order, delivered or ready to collect.

How it works

Four moments, never a queue

  1. 1

    Take a photo

From the site or the app, as a photo or a PDF. A paper prescription, an e-prescription or a renewal: all of them work.

  2. 2

    The pharmacist checks

They read every line, check doses and interactions, and write to you if information is missing or a product is unavailable.

  3. 3

    You only pay your share

Third-party payment applies as at the counter: the share of social security and your insurance is not advanced. You pay the rest and the delivery.

  4. 4

Delivered or kept at the counter

A courier brings it in about 30 minutes, handed to you in person, or you collect it ready at the pharmacy.

Questions about prescriptions

What people ask us before sending a first prescription.

How do I send my prescription?

From the pharmacy's page or the app, take a photo or import the PDF. The pharmacist receives it at once and writes to you if anything is missing.

Is an e-prescription accepted?

Yes. The PDF sent by your doctor or the QR code of the digital prescription are accepted like a paper prescription.

Do I have to advance the cost of reimbursed medicines?

No. Third-party payment applies as at the counter with your Carte Vitale and your insurance: you only pay the share left to you, plus the delivery fee.

Can I send a relative's prescription?

Yes. You can send the prescription of a parent, a child or someone you care for, and have it delivered to the address of your choice.

How long is my prescription valid?

Usually three months from its date for a first dispensing, and up to a year for a renewable treatment. The pharmacist checks validity before preparing.

What if a medicine is out of stock?

The pharmacist writes to you before preparing, offers an equivalent, a generic or a delay, and you decide.

Can over-the-counter products go in the same order?

Yes. Add over-the-counter or health products to the same basket: everything comes in one delivery.

Which medicines cannot be delivered?

Narcotics and some specially regulated medicines, which the pharmacy can only hand over at the counter. The pharmacist tells you before preparing.

Are my health documents safe?

Yes. Your prescription, Carte Vitale and insurance card are encrypted, visible only to the pharmacy serving you, and never sold or shared.
