Online pharmacist
A pharmacist who answers you,not a robot.
Every partner pharmacy has its own pharmacist. You write from your order, they answer from their counter: a dose, an interaction, the right product for your child.
- Qualified pharmacists, in their pharmacy
- Answers by message, no appointment
- Advice before preparing, not after
- Qualified pharmacists
- Secure payment
- Carte Vitale and third-party payment
- Protected health data
- No upfront payment for prescriptions
How it works
A conversation with your pharmacy
- 1
You choose your pharmacy
The one in your neighbourhood, or the one you already know: each has its own pharmacist.
- 2
You write from your order
A question about a product, a doubt about a dose, an out-of-stock medicine: the thread opens as soon as your order exists.
- 3
The pharmacist answers
From their counter, between two customers. They can change the order with you, offer an equivalent or advise you to see a doctor.
What you can ask
The counter questions, without the queue
A dose, an intake
“How many times a day?”, “With or without food?”, “For a 6-year-old?”
An interaction
“I already take this treatment, is it compatible?” The pharmacist checks before preparing.
The right product
A cold, dry skin, poor sleep: they guide you through the aisle instead of leaving you to guess.
When to see a doctor
If a symptom goes beyond pharmacy advice, they say so and refer you to a doctor.
What it is, what it is not
A pharmacist's advice, within the pharmacy's rules
The online pharmacist is the same as at the counter, with the same rules.
- They advise and dispense, they do not prescribe: a prescription comes from your doctor
- They do not diagnose and refer you to a doctor or the emergency services when needed
- They answer during their pharmacy's opening hours
- Your messages stay between you and the pharmacy, tied to your order
Before the pharmacist
The search assistant, to find quickly
Find a product
Describe what you are looking for; the assistant finds the reference in the pharmacy's catalogue, by voice or keyboard.
Compare pharmacies
Price, availability, time: you see where ordering is simplest.
Then the pharmacist
For anything about your health, the pharmacist answers, not the assistant.

Questions about the online pharmacist
What people ask us before writing to a pharmacy.
Who answers me?
The pharmacist, or a technician under their responsibility, of the partner pharmacy you chose. Qualified professionals in a pharmacy, not a call centre.
When can I write?
As soon as your order exists, and any time after. The pharmacist answers during their pharmacy's opening hours; some partner pharmacies are open late or 24/7.
Is it free?
Yes. Advice is part of the pharmacy's service, as at the counter.
Can the pharmacist prescribe a medicine?
No. They advise and dispense, within the pharmacy's rules. A prescription comes from your doctor; you can send it online and they check it.
Can I send a photo to the pharmacist?
Yes. A prescription, a product's packaging, a leaflet: you attach a file to the conversation.
Are my messages confidential?
Yes. The conversation is tied to your order and visible only to the pharmacy serving you. NexumPharma neither sells nor shares your health data.
What does the search assistant do?
It helps you find a product in the catalogue, by voice or keyboard, and compare pharmacies. For a health question, the pharmacist answers.
